Photo Credit

I want to give proper credit for the photo in the header. It was taken by my Mama in the pasture at home, and is a picture of one of my Highland cows.  This one, whose name was Katie, was sold to a family in Brookville.  I am now officially out of the cow business, but hopefully will get back into it one of these days.  More about the cows and grass-fed goodness another day.
