3 T. chili powder 1 t. garlic powder 1 t. onion flakes 1 t. oregano 2 t. paprika 2 1/2 T. chili spices (click here for recipe) 4 t. salt 4 t. pepper dash of cayene pepper (to taste, optional)
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to an air tight container - a mason jar works well. 2. To use, mix 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning and 1/2 cup of water per 1 pound of burger.
