Tender Grilled Pork Chops

If you are still working on your menu for the week, please make sure you add these pork chops to your list.  They are quick and easy and super tasty... perfect for grilling season.  I will be also posting a delicious side dish, roasted rosemary potatoes, and a surprise dessert shortly.  A complete meal the whole family will love. And some home brew to wash it all down, for the adults in the group.

4 pork chops
¼ c. olive oil
2 ½ T. soy sauce
1 ½ t. steak seasoning

1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, and steak seasoning in a gallon sized storage bag.  Add the pork chops.  Seal the bag, and then turn the bag over several times to coat the chops with the marinade.
2. Place the bag in a baking dish in the refrigerator, and marinate for 3-8 hours.
3. Remove the chops from the bag and cook on the grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side. Remove the chops from the grill and tent them with foil and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Enjoy!
